Why make an appointment?

Making an appointment is the best way to ensure your preferred stylist is available. Making an appointment up to two weeks in advance allows us to accomodate for your schedule.

 

Confirming an appointment

We will contact you via sms 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please contact the salon at your earliest convenience if you are unable to attend your appointment.

 

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Our stylists wil be more than happy to use this time to comfortably settle you in before your appointment.

 

What happens if I am late?

The services and time for your services have been specially reserved for you, therefore, please understand that if you are late, it will impose on the time we have to spend with you, as to not create a delay with the next client.

 

What if I need to cancel?

We understand there are times where you simply just cannot make your appointment. Please appreciate to avoid disrupting the days schedule, we require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your appointment.
